Welcome to the Island Treasures for Caregivers MINI podcasts which are designed for caregivers, as I recognize the reality of the time you may have available to listen to a full episode is scarce as there are so many demands on your time.  The mini episodes are approximately 4 – 8 minutes in length.  Many of the mini episodes are also available in video versions which provide the added bonus of having visual components sometimes including an excerpt of the podcast conversation as it was being recorded.  Choose one of the mini episodes to listen to and when you have more time, visit the full episodes.
